The Company investment assets in hospitality and tourism sector include Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort (the home of Gossy Water), Fountain Hotel and Adetiloye Hall. There are other tourism potentials in Ekiti State that are up for private investors participation such as Arinta waterfall.

Ekiti Hotel,Abuja

  • The hotel facility is located on plot 1042, Kur Mohammed Street, Central Business District, a serene, secured and accessible location behind the National Mosque and within the proximity of Federal secretariat, the National Assembly Complex, and As Rock villa. The hotel facility is just about 25 minutes’ drive to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja.

    The Hotel is a five (5) storey building containing forty six  room suites, each comprising of standard sitting room, a bedroom fully fitted with 42-inch TV sets standard bed, and sets of sitting chairs with dining table and fairly equipped kitchenette with gas cooker, plates, pots and other kitchen items. In addition there are twelve (12) single rooms without kitchen, making total of fifty eight (58) rooms in all.

    The main restaurant on the first floor can accommodate up to 50 persons at once, the hotel is also equipped with functioning facilities. Such as banquet hall which has 200 to 250 sc capacity persons depending on the arrangement, two separate halls of 80 to 100 sitting capacities depending on the arrangement, another hall of 40 to 50 sitting capacities depending on the arrangement, a smaller meeting room.

Fountain Hotel Ado-Ekiti

  • Fountain Hotel is a 32-room all en-suite facility located within the expansive Trade Fair complex, along lyin Road, Ado-Ekiti. The hotel has all necessary ancillary facilities such as standby generators, swimming pool, laundry, bar, restaurant and large parking space.

Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort

  • Ikogosi Warm Springs Resorts is one of the nation’s finest tourist destinations with enchanting natural beauty that stands out with stunning visual spectacle. The Resort is a globally acclaimed earth science and hydrological site with clear skies, undisturbed ights and sound of nature, thick and green forest in entwined ith rolling hills.   • The facility is built on 10.32 hectares of land and developed with 91 rooms of different cadres, unique warm spring swimming pool, 320-seater amphitheatre, 150-seater mini hall with training aids,500-seater conference hall.
    The resort has been concessioned to Gloucient Hospitality Group who are currently managing the resort
